Holiday lighting and basic winter greenery décor included
Use of 75 chairs and 6 long tables
Setup and teardown time included
On-site event host for support during event
On-site parking
Access to prep area for food & beverages (no kitchen)
Personal Touches:
Outside food, caterers, or potlucks welcome
Alcohol allowed with bar service or responsible self-serve
DIY or professional décor allowed
Holiday party bookings require $300 deposit
Final guest count & payment due 14 days before event
