Includes:
8-hour exclusive property access
Covered arena with tables & chairs
Choice of breakout spaces: barn, garden, pergola, or open lawn
Up to 100 chairs and 6 long tables included
On-site parking
Setup/teardown window included
Additional participants: $10/person over 40
Two-Day or Multi-Day Retreat Package — $2,000
Includes:
Full access to all breakout and gathering spaces
Use of covered arena for presentations or dining
Day-of coordination and logistical support
Option to bring in tents for overnight use (at additional cost)
Access to rustic fire pit for evening gathering
Set-up and breakdown support includedtor
2-day access to the full farm (8 hours/day)
Additional participants: $10/person/day over 40
Bring-your-own catering, drinks, and porta-potties required for large groups
Please Note
- Airbnb not included (only one bed)- Rental Available
- Events must conclude by 10:00 PM
- Alcohol is permitted with proper service or self-serve trailer
- Outside vendors welcome
- A $750 deposit is required to reserve your date
- Final headcount and payment due 14 days before event
